*Lean Six Sigma Black Belt participants must be LSS Green Belt certified with proven project work.

Project execution and leadership

  • Lead and execute process-level improvement projects from start to finish.
  • Manage multiple, complex, and cross-functional projects.
  • Formulate project selection criteria and select project team members.
  • Apply problem-solving and quantifiable tools to a real-world project.
  • Communicate project results to sponsors and stakeholders. 

Our instructors are accredited providers of the Council for Six Sigma Certification. Therefore, you will have the opportunity to take the test and receive an internationally recognized certification. A Council for Six Sigma Certification (CSSC) Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt is an individual that demonstrates mastery of the Six Sigma Body of Knowledge, leadership in team dynamics, and expertise in assigning roles and responsibilities. This certification reflects your deep understanding of the DMAIC model, lean enterprise concepts, and the ability to quickly identify and remove non-value added activities.
