Whether you are calling on a new client or attending a reception, by following basic business etiquette, you will feel more confident enabling you to better connect with those you meet. Applying basic business etiquette will help you meet the most important goal, treating people with courtesy and respect.

Upon completing the 3-hour interactive course, participants will be able to:

Skill #4

An optional addition to the course is dining etiquette to increase confidence and ease when attending business luncheons, receptions and parties, this option would extend the course to 4-hours.

This course will cover key strategies and tips to strengthen your awareness of how your body language, communication and social skills can enhance your professional image, increasing your career opportunities.
