Diversity and Inclusion

Diversity and inclusion training can help your organization create a more welcoming environment in which employees feel valued and part of a healthy team. Employees who feel valued are more likely to stay and perform as a higher level. According to a study by the Harvard Business Review, more diverse and inclusive organizations also realize a multitude of benefits that include ranking higher in innovation and financial performance.

This diversity and inclusion training will equip participants with a better understanding of diversity and inclusion and their role in promoting inclusion in the workplace. Participants' will become more aware of how diversity and inclusion can positively impact their work relationships and overall work environment. This training is highly interactive and is designed for all levels of employees regardless of their position or tenure with the organization.

Following this 2-hour interactive training, participants will be able to successfully:

  • Define diversity and inclusion and the difference between the two.
  • State the benefits of diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
  • Define unconscious bias and explain how it can impact behavior.
  • Learn to identify and overcome their own unconscious bias.
  • Identify inclusive behaviors they can use to build a more inclusive environment.
