White Belt

At the end of this course, you will understand what Lean Six Sigma is and its value in an organization, grasp the basic concepts of reducing waste and variation, and be familiar with key terms and concepts within the methodology.

At the end of this course, you will know the fundamental phases of the Six Sigma DMAIC process; how to support Green and Black Belts by gathering data, assisting in problem-solving sessions, and implementing project plans; and basic Six Sigma tools and techniques.
