Yellow Belt

Core principles and methodologies: understand foundational concepts, how they combine to improve processes, master the DMAIC process, learn the fundamental phases of the Six Sigma DMAIC process (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control), support improvement projects: Learn how to support Green and Black Belts by gathering data, assisting in problem-solving sessions, implement project plans, learn basic tools such as becoming familiar with basic tools and techniques, including process mapping and data collection for project analysis. Green Belt

Core skills and methodologies: apply the DMAIC model: Master the five phases of the DMAIC process (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) to approach and solve business challenges, identify and reduce waste: Understand the 8 Wastes of Lean and apply Lean practices to improve organizational efficiency, use Six Sigma tools: Learn and apply fundamental Six Sigma tools and concepts, such as process mapping, cause and effect diagrams, and mistake-proofing (Poka Yoke). Black Belt

Project execution and leadership: lead and execute process-level improvement projects from start to finish, manage multiple, complex, and cross-functional projects, formulate project selection criteria and select project team members, apply problem-solving and quantifiable tools to a real-world project, communicate project results to sponsors and stakeholders.
