Course Goal: Equip learners with the knowledge and tools essential to using their time more effectively and efficiently, with their main activities focused on their priorities.

This course addresses the following soft skills: being flexible, leadership, communication, being a team player, confidence, planning, organizing and prioritizing.

This course provides 6 professional development credits (PDCs) for SHRM recertification. Documentation will be provided at the completion of the course.
