This course is designed to help participants gain a new understanding of and appreciation for conflict. It teaches how to use the conflict management style that will result in the greatest opportunities for growth.

The course is designed as a four hour, interactive training and utilizes the Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument.

Upon completing this course, participants will be able to:

  • Understand why and how conflict can be positive
  • Review conflict management styles and their strengths
  • Identify your personal conflict management style and understand its strengths and weaknesses
  • Apply steps toward successful conflict resolution
