USI faculty and staff are invited to take advantage of fee waiver programs to enroll at reduced cost (sometimes NO cost) for both credit and noncredit programs.  Access the credit waiver form or the noncredit form.

BuyUSI: eProcurement Training - for Financial Managers/Approvers

BuyUSI is an online appication that provides a one-stop procure-to-pay system. These short and to-the-point sessions for financial managers will cover everything you need to know to approve or reject orders and direct pay forms.

BuyUSI allows you to create purchase requistions using vendor catalogs and provides a one-stop shopping experience. Once all approvals are made the order is automatically transmitted to the vendor and the purchase order is integrated with Banner. The ordering system will be faster and easier for everyone.

  • BuyUSI replaces Banner requisition entry and the Direct Pay form
  • BuyUSI goes live on July 1. 

All sections are taught by USI Procurement staff.

All sections will be held in UC2229 (Outreach & Engagement computer lab).
