Thinking Hands
Exhibition | September 8-October 19, 2025

Faculty teaching studio art, graphic design, photography, and other digital media are highlighted in Thinking Hands, The Kenneth P. McCutchan Art Center/Palmina F. and Stephen S. Pace Galleries first exhibition of the fall semester. This exhibition features recent artworks by the artists and designers who make up the Art and Design Department at the University of Southern Indiana. The works on display will highlight the range of media and techniques championed by the department.

The exhibition includes fourteen faculty who teach in the Art & Design department at USI. Participants include Brett Anderson, Charles Armstrong, Greg Blair, Sara Christensen Blair, Rob Dickes, Andrea Hoelscher, Al Holen, Sommer Hallquist, Justin Kramer, Kirk Maynard, Sophia Okotah, Virginia Poston, Katherine Watts, and Hang Yuan.

A reception for the exhibition will be held on Friday, September 19 beginning at 2 p.m.

This exhibition will be displayed in the galleries from September 8 through October19.
