Circle of Friends is a group created for seniors (age 60+) in need of more social support and connection in their community. The group is initially structured on a 12-week, once a week basis, facilitated by a healthcare professional. The group consists of around eight members who will work with the facilitators to decide which topics and activities are of most interest to them. Each week's activity will fall within the session themes of Exercise and Wellness, Creative Arts and Culture, and Therapeutic Writing and Reflection.
