In Her Own Words:
What drew me to Respiratory Therapy is the perfect blend of variety and specialization. I thrive in dynamic environments and cannot do the same thing every day for 20 years. In respiratory, no two days are the same. The field also offers numerous job opportunities with varying schedules and competitive pay. Whether you are working in emergency care, neonatal units, flight or pulmonary rehab clinics, the field allows you to adapt and grow. I also love that we get to be specialists! Respiratory has enabled me to deepen my expertise and make an even greater impact.
We are there for every single breath! The field offers constant growth, meaningful impact and the chance to specialize in areas that truly excite you. If you’re someone who thrives on variety, values precision and wants to make a difference every single day, this path is worth exploring.
