Radiologic Technology Application Process Checklist
- Apply to the University of Southern Indiana (complete admissions process)
- Declare Pre-Radiologic Technology as your major with Registrar's office
- Enroll in and complete prerequisite courses for RIS program
- File application with Radiologic and Imaging Sciences program after completing prerequisite courses
- Submit copies of any completed degrees or diplomas that have not been previously sent to USI
- Request transcripts from any colleges attended (excluding USI) to be sent to address below
