Certificate of Completion

To receive your certificate, you must attend 90% of the conference and complete an evaluation. A link to an electronic evaluation and attendance confirmation will be emailed to program attendees. You have two weeks to complete the program evaluation in order to receive a certificate. Evaluations submitted after the two-week period will not be honored.
