Healthcare Education
Abstracts accepted beginning April 1, 2026
This platform will provide a virtual environment to disseminate education research, evidence-based teaching and teaching environment quality improvement among healthcare disciplines. Opportunities to learn about strategies to improve healthcare education will be provided through poster presentations. The learner outcome of this program is to prepare health educators to implement effective education research and evidence-based teaching strategies and practices in their individual professional practice.
General Submission Guidelines
Three types of abstracts are invited for submission:
- Readiness for Practice.
- Teaching Strategies/Practice Strategies.
- Interprofessional Education.
All Poster Presenters:
- All abstracts must be submitted by email.
- Abstracts must be in English and free of grammatical errors.
- The abstract text must contain no more than 300 words. Subheadings are not included in the word count.
- Disclosure of Financial Relationships Forms from each author are to be submitted with the abstract. The Disclosure of Financial Relationship Form is included below.
- All accepted poster presenters must register.
- Abstracts will be reviewed and selected through a blind review process.
- The first author will be notified of acceptance by email in June 2026. Correspondence will only be sent to the first author listed.
- Poster presenters are responsible for creating their virtual poster on a PowerPoint slide.
