To qualify for HP480, students must meet the following:
Minimum overall GPA of 2.75
Successful completion (grade C or better) in required prerequisite courses:
HP 475 (must be completed before HP480)
GERO 215, HP 115, HP 211, PH 284
Completion of the CastleBranch profile (background check, medical and immunization records, drug screen, CPR, OSHA/HIPAA, Social Media Policy, etc.)
Ability to complete 150 on-site hours under a qualified Preceptor
Enrollment in HP480 after all required forms have been reviewed and approved
