The Clinical Simulation Center (CSC), designed to have the appearance and feel of a real hospital, is a realistic, safe environment in which students may practice newly-gained skills and knowledge.
Come live and learn with other students majoring in the Kinney College of Nursing and Health Professions! You’ll take common first-year courses together, explore health-related majors and study together.
Located on the first floor of Health Professions Center, the Foodhive is a blend of self-checkout convenience store, coffee shop and grab’n’go, plus refreshing açaí and smoothie bowls at Swirl. After hours, the Foodhive can be accessed by anyone with a USI Eagle Access Card.
There are five microwaves in the Health Professions Center: one on lower level by Food and Nutrition kitchen; two on the first floor by the Radiologic and Imaging Sciences area; one inside the Food Hive; and one on the second floor by HP 2117.
There are several areas throughout the Health Professions Center for group study, social time and meals.
